1.You do not need to manually set the time. When you connect the phone via Bluetooth, it will automatically synchronize the time of the phone.
2. There are 14 sports mode for you to choose on the APP but it only shows 3 modes on the fitness tracker screen one time,please kindly choose the sports you are doing to show on the fitness tracker.
3. The day/week/month data will record on the APP of your phone,please kindly find the record to know every sport data of yours.
